Shipping
Free shipping for all standard orders over $99 to lower 48 U.S. states except for over sized or extra fragile products with a 60 lb cutoff. Therefore, 60 lbs and over are not subject to free shipping.  These products are flagged in the product description noting they must be shipped by Truck Freight and do not qualify for free shipping.  Please contact us with the shipping address for a quote and we will add the shipping to the final order. Alaska and Hawaii destinations are shipped UPS as noted in the checkout. Canada and all other destinations outside the United States are shipped via Bongo International Shipping. $10 handling fee is applied to all shipments. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Over sized Shipments  Most products are shipped via UPS or FedEx but we do have some products that are too large for these carriers so we freight companies.  These items do not qualify for free shipping as other charges may apply.  Please contact us with the merchandise information and your complete delivery address so we can quote the exact shipping fees.

Shipping Time
Most items ship within 7-15 business days. However, since most products are hand-crafted, please allow approximately 1-6 weeks for shipping. Shipping time depends on availability of stock on item, and whether or not the item is made to order or requires additional finishing prior to completion. If an item is a handcrafted, made to order product or requires an additional manufacturing process, customers will be notified. Please inquire if you have special delivery or shipping needs. Manufacturers vary in the Holidays they recognize and vary with their shipping schedules. We do not have a guaranteed shipping schedule.
