Yes, all credit card information is extremely safe. As of June 2010, all online stores are required by law to have their sites PCI Certified (Payment Card Industry security rules) to protect your information. We have partnered with CRE Secure and Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, and PayPal Pro to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. We never see credit card data.

Most items ship within 7-15 business days if in stock. However, since most products are hand-crafted, please allow approximately 1-6 weeks for shipping. Shipping time depends on availability of stock on item, and whether or not the item is made to order or requires additional finishing prior to completion. If an item is a handcrafted, made to order product or requires an additional manufacturing process, customers will be notified. Please inquire if you have special delivery or shipping needs.

Free shipping for orders over $99 to lower 48 U.S. states (as indicated on most items). For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please e-mail us with your destination requirements for estimated shipping fees. A $10 handling fee is applied to all shipments. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Over sized Shipments:  Most products are shipped via UPS or FedEx but we do have some products that are too large for these carriers so we freight companies.  These items do not qualify for free shipping as other charges may apply.  Please contact us with the merchandise information and your complete delivery address so we can quote the exact shipping fees.
